In May 2008, FSCO began a Pension Policy Review Project. This long term project focuses on ensuring that all active pension policies are accurate and up-to-date.

Each pension policy will be reviewed, and revised where needed, to ensure that:

• The legislative, regulatory and other references are current as of the date of posting
• Each policy reflects FSCO's current positions
• All policies are available in English and French

The work involved may vary greatly from one policy to the next. Some policies may require little or no change. Others may need to be totally revised, merged or archived. We will seek input from pension stakeholders on the revisions where appropriate.

A list of all policies that have been reviewed and updated will be maintained here.
